Photos will be dispatched on the following business day via an online file folder system. The Realtor is granted complete utilization rights for marketing purposes. CV Home Tours retains the privilege to use the photographs for its marketing endeavors. All imagery captured by CV Home Tours remains the sole property of CV Home Tours.

Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, failing which a $25 cancellation fee will be levied. In case of inclement weather, a complimentary exterior re-shoot will be arranged on the next clear day at the earliest convenience.
